Happy Anniversary & Happy New Year
On Christmas Day we celebrated our anniversary...it was a very simple yet romantic and lovely candle light dinner. We went to Toyota in the morning for service...then when I came back home I started preparing to cook dinner...nothing much it's just roasted chicken, some gravy and Christmas tree salad. My dear hubby like to spent special occasion like this at home than outside, for him its private and romantic. For me I would love to go for a dinner outside at a romantic place...something special... But then the most important thing is not the restaurant or the food, it's having my hubby by my side. That's the precious thing of all. It's been two years we were married to each other. Hmm so far I felt like its just yesterday I got married...so fast neeee! In this 2 years we go through a lot of things. Bitter and most of it sweet. In this 2 years we get to know and understand each other more and of course love each other more. Fighting and misunderstanding is a norm in a marriage...so for me it's nothing compared to what we shared and the love we had for each other. We didn't get much time to be in love and dating and etc. etc. whatever the lovers get to do before they enter into the biggest commitment in life, marriage. It was very fast for us...it's just complicated...obviously we love each other at that time which leads to our marriage...but then we didn't get to know or understand each other. But I'm really grateful and I knew I made a very right choice of getting married to my hubby. He is a very kind, loving, soft spoken and a man with a very sincere and good hearted. I love him from deep of my heart.
Ok ok that's enough of romanticnesssss!!! So hubby started his holiday on 30/12 to 4/1.....great and very very happy....on 30/12 I went snowboarding with my good friends, Kak As, Liyana and Helda. It was my first experience but it was great...after my first ever attempt I guess I don't really like this winter sport. But it's nice to be in such high place and surrounded by white snow...and at the end we get to play with snow and we made snow man...oooppsss it's snow woman...haha...but it's really fun when you get to spent your time with your friends in such a place...Hubby didn't follow me coz he had his own agenda.
Then Saturday we didn't really go anywhere but the next day 1/1 we went to Iwaki...Hawaiian Spa Resort...the place is not as what I've expected...but frankly speaking not that bad....I made some sandwiches in the morning before we left. We left home about 9.30am and reached the place about 12.30 pm...then we went in and we have to pay for the ticket about 1500 yen per person...last time we checked it was 3000 yen per person...so now I think it's worth it. As we entered the resort, the Hawaiian dance show is about to start...so we waited to watch. It's really nice to see the very slow dance...it's more like very soft dance... Then we went up to the pool area...we rented towels set, I got my own swimming suit but hubby rented the swimming trunk. We went into the pool about 2pm. My hubby and I really enjoyed it. I'm used to pool because I'm swimming at gym but for hubby maybe not...so I think he enjoyed it so much. At this time only I realized that he actually can swim. Haha.... There were two pools. One of the pool is open meaning it's wide and suitable for swimming. The other pool is full of separation in between because they have jacuzzi, and different kind of massages. We tried all. The water is warm but since it's an open area so your face, head and neck is cold if it's not underwater... Then they also have hot springs...that's all about it. We left the place about 7.30pm and reached home about 10.30pm. Haahhh it's was tiring but really wonderful and precious memory for hubby and me...
On 2nd and 3rd we stayed at home just went to nearby shops and "lepak" at home. On 4th we went to Tendo. Hubby need to get his international license done since we are going back to Malaysia on 22nd January. Then we went to have lunch and on the way back we went to show house in Yamagata...I'm really amazed with Japanese architecture. There are variety types of houses such as Sekisui house, Daiwa house, UNO house, Mirasawa house and many more. The house that attract my attention was Daiwa house...it's just a perfect house and very cozy and comfortable...I wish to have that kind of house someday. It is like what I've imagined before. Actually we've been to this place earlier when I went to Tendo few times in August to get my Japanese license. We went again this time because we didn't get to see Sekisui house earlier, and they've added new house at the end of the area. The newly added house was a totally Japanese style...but the others are modern Japanese. It's very very nice.
That's all the story of my anniversary and New Year's holidays. I will write more soon.
