English class, Swimming and Cooking class...

Last week Monday I started my English class..Not really a class but just like a chatting in english with my japanese friends....it was my kind of dream because I was so lonely without friends..hubby was always busy with his work ...then I had this so called dream to have my own English class and to be called "sensei". So when I went to Collete's Christmas party then I met a lot of people one of which is Matsuda San. She wanted to learn more although she had already joined Collette's class...so she asked me to do a class for her and another friend Takae San. So I decided to start on Monday. So already twice I did my class....I feel happy for them. They can enjoy talking more.

Last week too I started to go swimming at my gym JUMP. It's all because of Setsuko San. She's swimming there almost every week. Since I have swam before I was so excited. I always asked my hubby to go together to swim but he don't really like it so I also never go. But this is a big opportunity for me...then I went on Wednesday. Met Setsuko San and went swimming but unfortunately I didn't realized that I already forgotten how to swim...so I have to take beginners lesson. Then I went on Saturday to join the beginner lesson. It was great! I love it so much...then I went again this Wednesday. On Saturday I met new friend, Alice. Her Japanese name is Ogata Hanayo. So Wednesday we met again. I'm happy that I found new hobby...it's healthy and satisfying!

Today I went to a baking class with Nakanishi San. I thought it was just a simple class not professional...but it turned out to be very professional. I picked up Nakanishi San at yamazawa parking about 9:45 am. Then we went straight to sensei house. She already prepared all the materials...and it's one each...to my surprise! I thought its like she make the cake and we watch but we get to make our own cake...that's really great! Today' s menu is Christmas roll cake. Nakanishi San was so sweet, she translated the recipe for me because I couldn't understand Japanese. How sweet I thought. Then we make our cake and we decorate it nicely and we put it in a box like in a shop..really! I'm really happy to meet another 2 new friend and also the sensei. Next class will be on 16 January. I am really happy that I have something to do nowadays getting busier.

Now I'm at mister donut having donut and coffee while typing this. After this I have to go and pick up my dear hubby. Talking about hubby, he is not well. I'm very worried about him. He had stomach ache for almost a week now. And yesterday he had diarrhea and it makes me more worried. But he insisted not to go to hospital I don't understand why...so today he didn't go to work in the morning till I'm back from cake class. Then I saw he was talking to his mother when I came back and he told me that his father was not well. I felt sad too. He felt even worse. I don't know how to make him cool down. I understand his feeling but nothing can be done right now. We can just pray and can call and get to know what happen. I felt really bad...I love my hubby so much. I will do anything for him. I just want him to be happy and healthy always. I'm really sad and don't feel good since he was not well. I just want to say...I love you so much my hubby! I will always do forever....

After I sent hubby to work I went to meet Tomo chan. We went to MOS Burger. She gave me nice Christmas gift. It was a very nice necklace. This is our last meeting for this year so she bought me something...I brought her the cake I made. She will be away for two weeks...so we spent our precious time together chatting about a lot of things...I'm always happy when I'm with her...really appreciate her as my best friend. She is very nice and kind person.
That's my long story...tomorrow is a public holiday...I know that we will spend our time at home together. Hehe...

Menu for our 2nd Anniversary

Our anniversary is just around the corner...nothing had been planned yet...I have ordered present for hubby now just want to prepared card for him then I'm done with the surprise...

Last year we celebrated earlier because 25th Dec fall on a working day so we celebrated on 23rd Dec. In the morning we went to Yamagata Art Museum. It's very nice and romantic. Then by the time we came back its already 2pm and the kitchen stuff we ordered already arrived. So I started making roasted chicken, mashed potato, coleslaw and some gravy for the potato and chicken. Of course with the help of my hubby. We had our Candle light dinner and romantically exchanged present...this time it's our 1st anniversary so we exchange some expensive present...it's a watch...I bought Seiko watch for him and he bought D&G watch for me...each cost about RM500...

That was last year story, this year I'm not sure yet...but I think it will still be a candle light dinner at home...and the menu would be roasted chicken, and hubby love the gravy so of course the gravy and this time I thought I wanna make Christmas salad tree...it's a new dish I learnt recently...so I think that's it...and we will have our celebration on 25th Dec this time because it's a Sunday. In the morning we already had an appointment to go to TOYOTA to service our car...after that not sure but then definitely at night we will have our celebration...I hope it goes well and we will enjoy it together! I love my hubby it's been two years we've become husband and wife...a lot of things we went through during this two years...some are bitter but a lot are sweet...in this two years the only thing I see is beyond all the fights, arguments, and etc..I see the love between two people whose love grown each day, they becoming closer and deeply and sincerely in love ever since...I love that fact about this relationship...and I will cherish every moment with my dear husband...I never thought there will be such a great man in my life ever...I love you every second more and more now, and always...I love you hubby!
